Health and Fitness

 

The benefits of experiencing Nature and its effects on people's physical and mental health are well documented. It is our philosophy that exercising is enhanced when done in a natural environment. We provide seasonal workout sessions where participants get the outdoors on a regular basis. Membership benefits include unlimited participation in our year-round outdoor fitness programming. All sessions are led by an experienced coach to help our members achieve their goals while working to improve overall health and well-being. Transportation is included for any scheduled fitness programming that requires travel. Additionally all members receive a 15% discount on any Adirondack Expeditions, special events, races, guided tours and rental equipment.


Summer Membership

Unlimited participation in our summer outdoor fitness programming which includes a regular schedule of activities such as kayaking, hiking/trail running, biking, and outdoor lap swim. All sessions are tailored to meet the needs and goals of participants.

 

 

Fall Membership

Unlimited participation in our fall outdoor fitness programming which includes a regular schedule of activities kayaking (weather permitting), hiking/trail running and biking expeditions. All sessions are coach setting oriented with experienced fitness guides who serve as a motivation for you to safely reach your goals.

 

 

Winter Membership

Unlimited participation in our winter fitness programming has a major focus on snowshoeing as a source of high intensity-cardio activity (snowshoes included). This membership motivates and encourages participation in physical fitness activities throughout the winter months.
